We are a brand new online, delivery only, authentic Thai restaurant and are excited about launching
Mandalay Thai in Dubai.

We are delivery only at the moment but hope to open our dine in restaurant in the future. Our kitchen is located in JVC and we are able to deliver to JVC and all surrounding areas, upto a radius of about 15 km!

Mandalay Thai is all about authentic, delicious Thai food prepared using quality ingredients and delivered to you to enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Head Chef, Mandalay Thai

Chef Uatai Unarina, better known as “Chef Jos”, is the Head Chef at Mandalay Thai. Chef Jos realized his love for cooking at an early age and was brought up by his parents in the Roi Et region of Thailand to value food and hard work.

Before arriving in Dubai, Chef Jos worked and developed his Thai cuisine cooking skills in bustling Bangkok, and also worked in Thai restaurants in Bangalore and in Malaysia. He therefore has a unique international experience of Thai food.
